It could be 1 star if it wasn't for the second guy. The first guy they sent was a total incompetent and spent almost 3 hours to diagnose an issue that can be done in less than 30 mins and to my disappointment, the company still charge me for it, including the second opinion. I had a big doubt that the first person broke the compressor and was trying to fix his mistake, that's why he took almost 3 hours fiddling with it, and when I arrived, pretended that he was doing me a favor by spending time with it. I was in desperate need of a technician with enough knowledge to look at my air compressor / refrigeration system at my business. This company was extremely responsive and able to help me within 24 hours. Unlike other techs I have had, Jay operated with a high sense of knowledge and professionalism. He diagnosed the problem, called tech support and fixed the problem! Called on a Thursday. Gentleman informed me that appointments were one or two days out and that I would be charged a $240 transportation fee and asked how I would pay. A full week later, received a call to schedule an appointment for the next day. Previously, it has taken 2 or 3 visits to complete a repair at approximately $600 each visit.Fortunately, found JB Refrigeration in Fairfax. Very unreliable and unprofessional service. My freezer was under warranty and it took them 2 months to get the replacement part. I had to call them several times in order to get the update. They told me to switch off the freezer and the technicians will be there to fix it but till 1.30pm nobody showed up. Again I called and said if they not there by today then be tomorrow.....is this how we do business. Couldn't you have called and let me know rather than me calling and asking.
