This property management sat on application for almost 2 weeks before deciding to finally let us know we weren't accepted. I was told that the property was rented to someone else, but the listing is still on Zillow and Craigslist. Be aware they will only look at credit scores even though we were urged to apply because they don't charge an application fee like they used to and that makes sense if you look at past reviews. Thinks for support me
Rejected us over two cats even though all their listings for the location said pets under 40lb were allowed. Wasted a lot of our time with traveling out for a tour and putting together paperwork. So either they do not have their facts straight with their property owners, or they will not be transparent. Seems like we dodged a bullet anyway based on other reviews.
California is stinky
They were pretty good when we moved in, that was in 2019. They steadily declined over the years, not coming to make repairs and requiring several phone calls to get them to send someone out. During the storms in 2021 and 2022 there was a window leak that they told me to roll towels up to stop the water. They never repaired it.
