Todd and Lizette are a great team! They've helped manage a rental home and are always so organized, resourceful, thoughtful and kind. They are a gift. They help me stay organized with paperwork, they are great communicators. They've been consistant and reliable over the last 5 years. I feel lucky that I get to work with them and would recommend them to anyone.

BIG HUGE THANK YOU to Todd and Lizzette over at California Property Management. I am a tenant at one of their properties and today of course it had to be the first triple digit day of the year, our HVAC unit sprung a leak. I called as soon as I discovered the leak and actually got to speak to Todd, not an answering machine or some prerecorded line. We rented a home in the Pocket neighborhood for three years managed by CalPIG. The user portal was very simple and any issue that came up was handled swiftly. As well as being very professional to work with, Todd and Lizette of CalPIG, are also very kind and easy to talk to. This made a great rental experience!

Lizette has been an incredible asset to our family over the past decade. She has managed rental property for us as well as recently assisted with the sale of our home in Sacramento.
