I got my nails and toes done Saturday and the gel polish came off the same day. I returned the next day around 3pm-3:30pm and no one was there. The gentleman that does nails argued me up and down that he was there, but I also called the same day and left a message. No one returned my call and I didn't have time during the week because I do have a demanding job. Me and my mom came here to get our nails done. This location was convenient for where she stayed but definitely not my top pick but we were desperate due to location and timing. When we went in to pick our color the tech kept rushing us. The colors that we actually wanted cost $15 more and were the only cute colors I saw. Also those jelly colors ($15 more) do not actually look like the jelly bears color (as stated by the tech) he was also the only one there at the time. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR OVER 10-15 YEARS, SINCE I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL. THEIR WORK WAS DECENT BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SO MUCH. HAD NOT BEEN IN A MINUTE DUE TO DISTANCE, BUT DECIDED TO SHOW MY LOYALTY. HOWEVER IT WAS REWARDED WITH BEING OVERCHARGED. ITS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE BUT THE LAST TIME WAS MY LAST TIME. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THESE SNEAKY SNAKES! TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PICTURE & TELL ME IF THERE WORTH $170🤦‍♀️THE PAINTING IS OFF ASF BUT CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG LIKE ITS PERFECT GET IT TOGETHER
