the only good thing this company has thats good is the maintenance dept. The owners Martin and Joan Ayala are some cheap money hungry cowards and expect people to be cool calm and collective when when they are screwing you . Honestly all they care about is money and nothing else. New to the Renting World... – I love the property I've rented, well cared for in a great neighborhood and the perfect floorplan for me. I've had a few hitches with the aging appliances but the Maintenance Dept. has been so prompt and courteous that its been really minor. My A/C went out during 100 degree temps and Cory returned my call within an hour and had the A/C chillin within 2, sure beats climbin on the roof to fix it myself! Wonderful Landlords and no problems – I've been renting from this agency now since 2005 and have had an absolutely wonderful experience.. It is expected when one moves into a home and remains inside of that home for several years, as I have, that the expenses incurred during those years will add up. Document everything - They are very cheap – I wish I had seen the last review before I moved in. The apartment I rented didn't have a fridge at all. The were unwilling to make any agreement on them providing one or if compensate me if we were to leave the one that I purchased. This place had a major plumbing issues that was never fixed. I ended up just not using one of the bathrooms altogether. The locations for the rentals were nice but they end up hitting you with many hidden fees like paying for garbage and lawn. Unprofessional, contract deletes your American Rights. – I wouldn't recommend them because for one, they are con artists. When you go to move out they will charge you for everything. Their money making tactic is to get as much from you when you move out. Take a video camera and video tape everything with them there in the video when you first get your place.
