6 months ago I made the decision to take my training seriously and prepare myself mentally and physically for the military. I didn’t know which branch I wanted to pursue and went back and forth with recruiters. In the last 6 months I’ve built discipline and comes with that is progress. I wasn’t even able to do a single pull-up and my run time was horrible. I have went to this place on and off on different occasions over a course of a year. Mr. Ron montez is very professional in so many senses and an inspirational individual. He did not tell me to post this or anything as a matter of fact he doesn't know that I came to review him. I am being as unbiased as I can.
