Didn't do the work they charged for
^ Not sure if you will see this but I was slightly confused by the review. After reading it several times it seems they charged you for the labor when they came out to fix the filter, not for the estimate but I was hoping for clarification. I just had an estimate done by them and it was free of charge, however they did mention labor rates to physically do work at my place. So far my experience has been great. They are a rip off!!!!!! I broke the air relief value off on my filter. I took the old part to the store they sold me the part ended up being wrong part) had to call service to set appt to install part. . Tech came out to install part (took a week) said need new lid & air relief valve or might be cheaper for whole new filter. Spent 15 minutes on phone getting quote...I agreed to instll new filter for appr $1200.00. Ask tech if he would charge new filter said yes if I had DE.....REALLY!!!
