reception was patient with us and the tour was good, but once we went in and i tried to take a shower we found the shower was broken and my wife said she smells a sewage smell. we are hoping to get these problems fixed quickly.
I have lived at this complex for three years and have seen a multitude of staff get changed and replaced over the years. One thing I can tell you is each one of the staff here cares about making sure you get the help you need. I’ve had appliances break and every time it’s always simply been “send a request and we’ll get it done today or tomorrow.” I have never had a rude or disrespectful conversation with anyone here. Service was top-tier… All my concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the outcome and the service. The technician was extremely respectful and worked quickly to resolve the problem.
