At the Westfarms Mall restaurant the waiter Elijah is a very good waiter.
Waited over an hour for a salad and chicken, no refills and only four other tables in the entire place, we got her at 12:55 it’s now 2:00pm, after lunch but it looks like everyone is sitting around taking a break- no one’s even paying attention to anyone in the restaurant

Everything was great!
We had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Francisco. From the moment we were seated, he was very professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. He had a great knowledge of the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly as we hoped.
