This is for the management team only. I just left the Tyson’s location after placing a to go order for 2 pizzas. It took nearly an hour to receive my order although the estimated time was 20-30mins. The restaurant was also not at capacity whatsoever. The man running the to go orders seemed to be a bit overwhelmed and unfamiliar with to-go operations. Server seemed upset it was obvious he was having a bad day, but I'm not at fault. Ordered appetizers, when it arrived I had no plates or utensils, fetched my own that was still ok. Pizza was as expected but I was mid bite when asked if I wanted the check. Just felt rushed and rude. Terrible customer service from the start.
