First time coming here, I got the option to get a booth thankfully from the host. I got served by Julie, which did an unsatisfiable job. Firstly, she did not introduce herself, and we had to ask her for the complimentary bread—more on that later. She dropped off our food, and didn’t check up on us not once. Great pizza, fast turnover. Efficient and warm service. Love it!!!
Very disappointed with the service at CPK. The receiving and overall customer service were not good, and the hospitality was below expectations. Especially the behavior of manager Marie Holt was rude and unacceptable, which made the experience even worse. Staff were not attentive, and the overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the service experience.
