Food and service were great. We had the duo lunch special, which had an individual pizza and small salad. It was tasty and reasonably priced.
Carissa was our host when we were seated at the bar. They were slammed because of the cheerleading convention - but she took the time to answer my questions about the menu and made sure we were checked on during the meal - without complaining, without rushing, and genuinely being nice. Our food came out quick and the service couldn’t have been better! Thank you Carissa!
Went in with my son to make an order. I was acknowledged by absolutely NO-ONE, four team members stood chatting and laughing while we stood there waiting for them to finish their conversation as if we weren't paying customers. Absolutely joke of a place. Zero customer service! We ended up leaving without placing an order!
Pizza is just ok. Customer service is horrible. Do not choose curbside pickup because they don’t answer their phone. And when you pay for parking and walk in to get your take out order, prepare to stand around for a minimum of 10-15 minutes looking like an idiot staring at your food that’s been ready but no one will help you. No sense of urgency with the workers and no one greeted me for at least 8 minutes. Was not busy.
