Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten at a CPK. Our server, if we can even call him that was rude, absent and overall did not know how to do his job. We think his name was Anthony but could tell by the way he ignored us. Somehow we managed to get appetizers and a single glass of water. We literally saw other tables walk out as the service was atrocious. When you sit don’t expect a server for atleast another 10-15 minutes.
California Pizza Kitchen at The Pike Outlets is always a great choice! The pizzas are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked — I loved the BBQ Chicken Pizza. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is modern and comfortable. Perfect spot to grab a meal after shopping or before catching a movie. Always a solid dining experience!
Something has seriously gone downhill with this location. Some of the staff need to be fired including the manager because something went horribly wrong. I've also tried to order online from this location a couple times in every single time there was an issue.
Slow service even though restaurant was not busy at all. Our waiter, also lied that she took off the coupon and charged us full amount. Will not be a returning customer.
