Always short staffing, especially during lunch.
I live further away, but have family in the area and I have been here only twice. The first time was to pick up takeout. Nothing special and unusual about my order, but let me tell you, I was IMPRESSED. There was a customer there being really mean to the staff and the manager stepped in and made sure to shut that down. The manager wasn't mean, but she was firm, handed the rude person their takeout, and made it clear that they were not welcomed back ever again and that no one, especially her team, deserved that treatment.
