Aloha, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Manager Sam from the Pearl Ridge California Pizza Kitchen for his outstanding customer service. We had an issue with a payment after dining in. We initially paid our bill online using our rewards, but our waitress later informed us that the payment was applied to the wrong bill. She provided the correct bill, which we paid with our credit card, and mentioned that the original transaction had been voided.
