I was standing at takeout counter for 10mins while the staff member was clearly ignoring me and just looking at computer screen . I thought he was waiting for my food to be ready as I was the only customer. He then walked away and I said “excuse me do you know how much longer for my food”. He then asked another staff member to help me who then promptly got my food which had been sitting there th whole time ! I complained about the male staff member and turns out - he is the MANAGER !!!
