I used this store often in California. It's been a while since I went to this store in Austin. The food and service standards have dropped a lot.
Everytime I order to go from here the staff cuts corners and puts the right items but the wrong sides/condiments in the bag. I ordered the Italian chopped salad to go tonight and they gave me ceasar dressing instead of Italian dressing. Last time I ordered to go from here I asked for a side of ranch and they gave me an additional side of Italian dressing for my salad instead. Just lazy.
