We waited about 30-40 min before we got a table which we were totally fine , it was so crowded which only made us want to eat there even more. However , when it was our turn to be seated - we got menus for us / kids & then waited 40 mins before someone even came and talked to us..then another 25mins to get our food (which she did give us a warning on the kitchen being slow for some reason) but the pasta for the kids looked like it had been reheated from a day or 2 prior, barley any sauce and the pizza was dripping with oil. ... read more
The food was okay, very basic. The restaurant was very dirty, dusty and the booth was a bit sticky. Staff was lovely though
The service here is terrible from slow service to sometimes rudeness. I had a pick up for 4 kid's meal and the 2 pizzas were delayed because it was pretty busy, but they gave 1 of the pizzas to a different customer, so 1 pizza is sitting in the bag while the other is being made from the start. I was initially given 10 minutes estimate but order took over 30 minutes. One time some heavy white woman was really ruse just for asking how long the order will take. I don't recommend this place!
The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was also excellent.
