Will never be back. They make rules and don't make everyone follow them, they make exceptions if they like you. Bathrooms are worse than job site potapotty. They don't have all drinks that are on the menu, and only make excuses as to why. Make sure you don't use any bad language near an employee or they will say you are cusing at them. Manager doesn't really care about the customers.
We have used Kiddie Kandids 4-6 times. The photographers are great at working with the kids to get good photos, so I have no complaint about the photographers. My really big complaint is that the rest of the customer service STINKS!!! Today our photographer had to interupt our photo session several times to help another customer or answer the phone.
