The receptionist at the front is extremely terrible at her job . She doesn’t care if people are waiting patiently awaiting to be seated. She took her own sweet time chatting with other people and disappeared for a long time even thought she told us that she would be right with us. She doesn’t understand we are at an airport and people have limited time to sit down and dine. We waited for over 10 minutes while the restaurant isn’t even 30% full. Guy sat me at a table right in the sun for breakfast, I moved one table over and he told me that area was closed. Restaurant was mostly empty. Just got up and went somewhere else since the guy was so unhelpful.
The servers are dedicated and very good!! But whoever is managing is terrible. He or She needs to focus on moving people and orders. Should be out on the floor directing. People are there to catch flights. It’s like the don’t realize that! Kind of hilarious. But I give the severs an A+.
What's there to complain about? You're in an airport, the wait was short, it's not overwhelmingly loud like so many Vegas restaurants, and you're not overly crowded. It's a great airport restaurant choice. Got the kung pao spaghetti with chicken and shrimp. It was fine.
