I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this establishment. I placed an online order but decided I wanted to dine in instead. I explicitly told the staff that I was willing to order additional food for table service, or they could cancel the online quick-service order so I could reorder at the table.Instead of being helpful, the staff was extremely rude and completely inflexible. Do not eat here. I ate here yesterday while waiting for my flight. I got a chicken caesar salad and a glass of wine and by the time I landed back home in MA I had food poisoning. 100% salmonella from the chicken. I hadn’t eaten anything else that would’ve caused it.
The servers were so slammed you could barely talk to anyone. Switching an order from pickup to dine-in was basically impossible. They also forgot my drink 🙄 I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but the fact that they thought it was okay to serve this pizza is honestly mind-blowing.
