We had CES replace our home furnace and water heater a few years ago, and were generally pleased with the overall service we received, as well as the performance of the appliances for a couple years. NOT RECOMMENDED. Several years ago, California Energy Services installed an HVAC unit in our attic. They failed to remove the unit’s condensation plug, so the first very hot day of the summer, we discovered water dripping from our living room ceiling caused by a constant stream of water spilling directly out of the unit into our attic. Honesty And Integrity! – Our HVAC system was installed 9 years ago by another company and when the unit stopped working we called them back to fix it under warranty per their contract we had 10 years on parts. They had no intention of honoring that and estimated the repair to be $1100 !!! We called Roger and his service tech was there the next day and only found the issue to be a loose wire! Our utilities are now half as much – We had a nice gentleman named Marcus come out to our house. At first we were shopping around because our heater just went out. Marcus showed us that with new energy star equipment, we could actually have a brand new heater AND save money on our utility bills. In these economic times, every dollar counts.
I love my new heater! – I had my eye on a particular thermostat that I wanted to use. Unfortunately the other HVAC companies wouldn't let me buy my own thermostat. California Energy Services worked with me to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted
