Definitely not the place to get your eyes checked. The service was poor, the machines kept breaking, and they relied on a telehealth exam with a connection that dropped every 30 seconds. They were unable to get my prescription right—I went back twice to have it corrected, and it still didn’t work. I eventually had to go to another provider to get the correct prescription. On top of that, appointments are not honored at the scheduled time. Worst experience. My advice: go somewhere else.

I had the best experience at this location. The store Manager is amazing. She really helped us out. She made my Kids feel welcome. Got them some coloring, pages and crayons.
We had an appointment yesterday (we were the only clients in the place) and they said that our insurance was termed at the beginning of the year. Marina and another employee sent us away. Today, we confirmed that our insurance is not termed. Understand why they have only one star. Waste of time.
