My friend rented an apartment here and I have to say very nice place clean quiet and the other tenants have been nothing but nice !
My sister lives here and I have visited on numerous occasions. The staff is really friendly and seem to really care about the tenants in this building. It's clean and secure. The neighborhood is very different then it was 10 years ago. I feel safe and everyone is friendly. The light rail and bus stop is less than a block away. Very easy to get around.
Bed bugs were eating me up. The mold smell from the vents kept me conjested and sick. Mice were eating my toes and the roaches slept with me.
I have lived there for 8 year. I missed the place. Never had any problem with landlord residents. I believe it might be who you associate with. Why you would have complaints.
