Avoid this place for prenatal care. They love to advertise “evidence-based” or “low-intervention” care, but the reality is, they follow the bare minimum protocol to keep you technically within the lines, while completely ignoring optimal health or individualized care. It feels neglectful, transactional, and driven more by system efficiency than genuine patient wellbeing. If you’re looking for anything beyond survival-level care, look elsewhere.

Tried to bully me in getting 5 types of vaccinations all at once during my high risk pregnancy. Kept telling them no and to stop asking. They tried to guilt me and implied I was irresponsible. NO MEANS NO.

Called yesterday for an appointment and they said they wouldn't see me because I don't have a primary with (I do, it's dr. Kachru). So I called again today explaining symptoms of kidney infection and they said they want to schedule me for two weeks out. So i requested to be put on the wait list asap but crystal didn't even confirm times for an appointment yet said she scheduled me and hung up. Will never be going back here... Two weeks to be seen for a kidney infection? This place does not care about it's women patients.

Waited a month to get an appointment after dealing with confused and unprofessional staff. They call me the day before and tell me the Dr I requested is not available so they will just give my appointment to any care provider at random. Then what was the point of waiting a MONTH!? If the Dr wasn’t available why would they schedule an appointment? This is all after dealing with their issues over the phone for several days. The receptionist claimed I didn’t have a chart although I did and created a whole new one. I was on the ... read more
