What’s the point on showing up early? Or even on time. Why, because your appointment will be 30 minutes late. They won’t even pick up your phone calls. How do I know? Well they hardy ever answered mine and while waiting for my appointment, I’m watching them ignore phone calls. Unreal.
This place clearly ranks below the DMV in terms of customer service. Have been trying to schedule a pre approved procedure with Dr.Naidu's office for almost 2 month now. Nobody ever picks up the phone or returns my calls

Such a great place. I had a meniscus repair done here. Dr. Lawler kept me well informed set me up with what I should expect and performed one the the most painless procedures I ever had. Even through recovery there was no pain. Thank you for this.
