The entire staff was wonderful!! Dr Alex Tadros was great explaining everything concerning the exam. Samantha was a wonderful technician and Kim rounded out the visit answering all of my questions:) I highly recommend them and their office �
I was so happy that our insurance changed and we could go back to Cal Oaks Vision! Our entire family has recently gotten an eye exam, glasses, sunglasses...the staff and Optometrists were fabulous...from the moment we walked in until we walked out! Would highly recommend!!
My family has been going here since before they moved to the new building, probably around 10 years or more. Never had an experience that their customer service wasn’t willing to fix. They have a play area that my 4 year old enjoys when I bring him with me :-).
