RecommendedCal Oaks Vision has been my provider for myself and my family for approximately six years. I believe the staff is very helpful and accommodating. I have never had to wait to be seen. If I show up early, they get me in early. The Optometrist that we see is very informative. Thanks Dr's and Staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis for well over ten years and everyone associated with his practice have been professional and courteous. Cal Oaks Vision Center's staff is second to none. They are highly recommended.
Just had LASIK a few days ago and went here the next day for my check up. They were very sweet and helpful. They we also very gentle with my eyes which was a bonus do to the fact it was a day after my surgery. Dr. Eliot was very informed, she explained everything in a manner I could understand. Everyone here is so sweet. LOVE THIS PLACE!
I was told they took my insurance over the phone, then charged me $163 because it wasn't covered by insurance. They also promised my contacts in 2-3 days and it's been 7 days and we still don't have them.
With what goes on day to day its difficult sometimes to keep track of everything. Charging $49 fee for not being able to go back for a follow up appointment seems ridiculous, its not like I made an appointment and failed to keep it. They just lost 3 customers not to mention a bad review! Poor customers service, not willing to work with a customer. disappointed.
If you want specialized pediatric eye care for your children Dr. Elton is experienced, kind and encouraging as she guides our little ones through the exam process.
The doctor was awesome, however the staff there are very rude.
