These customers can't even answer the phone correctly to answer a simple question don't waste your time they do NOT need business they got plenty to be so rude.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this oil change shop. I brought in two vehicles for routine oil changes (over $90 each), expecting basic professionalism and care. Instead, personal belongings were stolen from inside one of the cars while it was in their possession. When I reported it to management, they showed no concern and refused to even check their security cameras, despite the shop having multiple cameras on site. All inclusive services and comfortable waiting area made it easy for me and my kids to tak the car to get an oil change and wash without it all being a pain
The wait time after the oil change was exceptionally long. There is a sign that says free car wash with oil change, but I was charged.
