I’ve been getting my nails done at California Nails for 15 years! Lisa and the team are amazing :)
I came in for a Shellac manicure and was surprised to find the price had increased from my last visit. When I questioned it, the manicurist—who was quite rude—insisted it had always been that price. The experience felt dishonest, and she continued to argue instead of resolving the issue. I’ll be reporting this to Fair Trading NSW. ***Fair Trading NSW and City of Sydney Council had been notified.***
Every time I come to this nail shop the price changes. I’ve been to this nail shop 4 times and they change the price as they wish. I got a full set in April for 76 dollars. Today I came in for infill and they charged me $80. The lady claimed that’s what they charges every time. I will not be coming to this place again due to lying about prices every time I come in.
The customer service and hygiene standards in this salon leave must to be desired. Utensils are not sterilized and worn out. When is City of Sydney Council going to inspect this place.
