Never coming again. Very bad customer service.
I’m very disappointed with the service. I had my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin done, but the wax wasn’t applied properly, the same cloth was reused, and my eyebrows weren’t shaped well. The price was very expensive almost double compared to other places. When I raised my concern, there was no customer service etiquette; I was simply told to go elsewhere next time and that I should have checked the prices beforehand. While I accept that, the approach was unprofessional and the service quality was poor.
I live close by and have been coming here for eyebrow waxes for years. I think they do the best job out of the beauty salons in the area, and it’s usually done by the owner Lisa who is lovely. Nail prices also very good. Spacious tidy salon is nice to sit in. Photo is of cateye (magnetic 3D) gel nails I got done here - they did a good job. I got fake tips for my thumbnail only (had to cut it short as my natural nail was chipped) and it blends in perfectly.
Best manicures and pedicures ever all the team are only to happy to help and are warm and happy it makes such a difference to meet happy smiling people well done to you all
I have been going to this salon for longer than ten years. The service standards have declined. I had a pedicure recently. The instruments were not sterilised. I have asked if they autoclave and the owner/ manager in charge angrily and reluctantly said yes. She waved a plastic bag at me from a back room. But all the instruments which were used on me came from a small basket. I did not see any opening of a sterile bag with autoclaved instruments - ever.
