Worst manicure I have ever had. The manicurist did not ask me if I wanted my cuticles cut, she just did it, and butchered my skin. I was left with two bloody cuts on my fingers from that. She replaced the cuticle scissors in her box without cleaning them first--who knows if she cleaned them before me (I doubt it). I wonder what bacteria got into my bloody cuts because she doesn't clean her scissors? The salon itself wasn't very clean, either. Never going back.

I have not left disappointed with my nails, the prices are a little higher than most in Manchester, but I prefer to pay the extra money for better service/atmosphere. They have complimentary drinks, however I have only been offered once out of the many times that I have gone, most of the time I have to ask. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, and this is the place that has come the closest to my standards!
