I went one day in the pouring rain on crutches with a cast and forgot to bring a mask so when the receptionist told me I needed a mask I asked her if she had one and she said they don’t provide masks so I left over a five cent mask . So when I called the main office to complain they said a mask was not required so I went to the Visalia location I’ve got my MRI and not once was I ever asked to wear one the Porterville Receptionist was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with
Very nice people. Not a long wait time.
Totally happy with my visit. O had lost my wallet and ID along with my insurance card. The receptionist got ahold of the insurance and even gave me a new card. My sonographer was amazing very friendly and made a very uncomfortable situation a good experience. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and going the extra mile to help me.
