Great electric fireplace warranty service event! Rod, the technician, called 30 minutes out to let me know his estimated arrival time. He was able to quickly replace one of the failed LED emitter banks with parts shipped by the manufacturer. Rod was prompt, courteous and professional. Whole visit start to finish was less than an hour. I would definitely recommend California Mantel & Fireplace for any fireplace service work!
