I am being seen by Dr Syed . I am having significant trouble in contacting the office for appointment, they never pick up on time or simply forward your call and nobody picks. I have terrible experience with this office . The test order forms submitted by the doctor never reach to diagnostic centers and I had difficulty in scheduling my ultrasound because the order forms were never submitted y the doctor and I have been calling since morning and all in vain. This is total frustration. This all looks like a scam.
My grandpa has visited a couple times already, and each experience has been consistently positive. The doctor took the time to evaluate my grandpa and examine him thoroughly during each visit, answering questions we had, and all the staff members are so kind and professional too. This place has english, spanish, vietnamese, chinese and more. I would recommend this place.
I am a patient of Azusa dialysis center. California kidney specialists is the parent company to Azusa dialysis and multiple other sites. Dr Aamir Jamal heads this site and is my nephrologist at Azusa dialysis center. This site I believe is also the sister site to physicians of Southern California Glendora and Pasadena I have visited as a patient under MD Heghine Muradyan and NP Monique smallson. This place has been a godsent ! I was hospitalized and met dr jamal amd i am on awe with how great his staff has been. They are truely a reflection of his compassion and understanding . I was crying while makong an appt with Jiovanna and Dulce (i called a few times in denial that i had a chronic disease) and they were just so pacient and understanding. Be aware it is a busy office so be ready for a wait but it is so worth it. I have felt so valued as a patient there . I cant thank them enough
Wow, I’ve come in here a few times and it gets very busy in there! The front desk staff Jiovanna, Dulce, and Natalie never fail to show up with a smile amidst the nonstop calls and clients. They are very professional and always happy to help.
