Not very mindful or transparent in relationships with student body especially across associated colleges, in regards to anything from financial aid deadlines and disbursments, to graduation requirements, to hidden fees.
UPDATE: The academic experience continues to be great. The administration (business and financial aid offices, especially) are absolutley horrific slum-lords with zero interest in you, your situation, or even responding/communicting in a timely manner. We are a month into classes and I'm in the Anthropology PhD program. I've never been happier.
