Knowledgeable technician and easy to use device. Phone hours for California are 6 - 3, Mon - Fri. Office hours are 9 - 5, Tues - Sat. Make sure to do your invoices or the online scheduling won't work. Shout-out to the old technician Anthony that had to move, he always was super helpful and cool.
