I should have paid attention to the other review about this company, but I figured that Im an easy person to do business with and Id give them a try. BIG MISTAKE! They are rude, non professional and not worth the stress that youll go through. Youd think that with times being tough a business would appreciate your business, but these jokers dont care! I called them to replace a broken part and its been 2 weeks already and Im still waiting. Next time I will call Buzzs Appliance who is prompt, friendly and affordable!
I called this company to service my pellet stove. Because the guy could not locate my house using google maps and did not show up, when I called to get an update as to his location, he was not happy with my tone and proceeded to insult and berate me. I would stay away from this company unless you like bad service and being yelled at by the service guy.
