I have spent months attempting to secure documents he is required to provide Association members. 3/18/24. RUN RUN RUN This company will destroy your association, especially if your association is already hurting. It seems Mr. Shewa preys on failing associations. Since firing California HOA SOLUTIONS, in August 2024 our association is still finding all sorts of disfunction caused/created by Mr. Shewa. Perhaps other associations having the same experience will band together to file a class action law suit. As of tonight, this management company has completely failed to do their job.
