Caveat Emptor. I speak for myself individually, not in my capacity as a board member, nor on behalf of our association. Sam Shewa has not been good for our association. I have spent months attempting to secure documents he is required to provide Association members. When I finally was able to get on the Board of Directors and requested that he provide the required financial documentation, including our bank statements, he has not complied.
