Dr Mori is great. The front desk staff however, horrible and incompetent. Charge you the incorrect amount on purpose instead of charging the copay saying they already build insurance, before my appointment even happened! Then they give you the runaround when you want the refund when you find out from insurance the total is less than what they charged, and then they send the refund check for the wrong amount. Completely incompetent and useless front desk and billing.

I hate to admit it but, I agree with the others about the front desk staff. They are not warm and welcoming in person or on the phone. Oftentimes I sometimes feel as if I'm inconveniencing them. That being said, Carmen (in the back) is absolutely wonderful. I am also happy with the level of attention and care provided by Dr. Ngo. As an aside, I will never understand why the group charges a fee to use a credit card and $1.00 for a mask if you don't have one. I have never experienced this at any other medical group. My dad had his cancer treatment here and the staff and doctors are very caring. Esther is always kind and helpful during treatment sessions.

Horrible front desk secretary's! SMH!! If there was a 0 it would be less than. Horribly rude and disrespectful to patients and not forthcoming of professionalism by any standard. Snickering, huffing and puffing, dismissive with a tone & energy I wouldn’t want to engage with on the street, is a pretty sad way to carry yourself. Sad that they work in health “CARE” but have 0 “CARE”for people that are sick or otherwise. The GPS is off and takes you to Redondo Beach, its the wrong address. Called to get info since I'm anxious about a big move and don't know what's the best way to continue my care in a new area. Told I needed to wait for new enjoyment's insurance to kick in in a month before they can answer my questions. Bruh, I just want to know which labs they use, what's their COVID protocol and things like that. What does insurance have to do with that.
