Had regular check up with dr Mehta. Great like usual. Dr Mehta did for me cochlear implants surgery for my ears in 2021 left and 2022 - right.. Have a great hearing back. Thx so much
Training is extremely recommended for the front desk team who lacks competency or professionalism. Original appointment was 6/13 at 3PM and made in November 2024. Received a random and misleading voicemail on 6/11 at almost 5PM saying “if you would like to come in at 2PM” without any reference to my original appointment. A normal person would have thought this is a “appointment reminder” voicemail. Came in on 6/13 at 1:45PM to check in. Waited till 2:10PM and asked when we could be seen. I had a very mixed experience at the San Diego (Oberlin Dr) location. Had a great experience with the audiologist, Jeff Gallagher, who was very thorough and caught my subtle hearing loss in the ear that was plugged up and causing me issues. However, after that test I was seen by Winona Wiland who was very unhelpful and had this little minute of, what I will call 'hissy fit arrogant doctor-mode' when she totally badmouthed Jeff's experience and diagnosis because he had concurred what I was experiencing.
