Great staff !! Smooth process throughout and Doctor is very helpful
Carlsbad scheduler will not call me back. Left voicemails with her directly, called front desk who left notes to call me back. I’m baffled at the horrible service. Sorrento valley office is nothing but amazing. Carlsbad has horrible service staff.

I had originally given the office a one star review upon my first visit because of the recurring issues with lateness, wait tines and overbooking. I have since had a procedure done by Dr. Banthia and was very pleased with the process and appreciated his experience and work and was confident going in. At the end of the day, if the work provided by the doctor does what you needed it to do and things go as expected that’s all you can ask for so in that regard I’d give it a five star review.
