Absolutely terrible experience. Dr Banthia was my surgeon on Tuesday and my follow up appointment is scheduled for tomorrow, this Friday. Not only did I not receive a check-in call since the surgery, I have been unable to get ahold of him or anyone else over the last 48hrs. The pain is excruciating, I'm uncertain about my post operation cleanings I've been doing and if I'm doing them correct, and the stents are supposed to come out tomorrow with "mild pain". For Years and years. As long as I can recall, it's been years seen I have been able to breathe as I am Now. It may sound corny but I can really smell the Flowers this time. The Ocean breeze, The wet ground after a first rain. My daughters cooking. Yes it's been a long time. Don't know when it happened, or why it happened. Extremely shady clinic using unethical business practices, avoid if possible
I was very pleased with the thorough evaluation of my hearing tests and explanation of results. I also have sinus issues and was very happy with the treatment.
Immediately felt at ease with her staff. Dr. CALZADA showed empathy and genuine concern over my issues. She was able to quickly review past imaging and reassured me that I was doing well. I came to see her for a 2nd opinion after 2 surgeries that caused migraines for 2 years and no one could help me. I was relieved at how smart and efficient she was with me and plan to follow up in 6 months. Highly recommended this practice.
