Outstanding service and pricing! Brought in my black SUV that had been through 7 Northeast winters, which I had figured was a lost cause in terms of the paint. The team at California Hand Wash are absolute magicians! Even with the basic wax and polish add-on to the Gold package, they had my vehicle looking new again. I had my car detailed with wax and polish by Xavier, and I couldn't be more pleased. Xavier did a fantastic job, he thoroughly explained the process and what was being done, which I appreciated. The owner also took the time to inform me about what could be done with the spots on my windows and assured me they were polished to improve clarity. My car's surface is now soft to the touch and looks like new!
I got the California Gold hand wash package and I’m very impressed with how thorough and comprehensive the service is. A team effort results in a result that met and exceeded every expectation. Every employee is friendly, courteous, and customer focused. Also the waiting area is comfortable and welcoming, including snacks and beverages. I absolutely plan to become a returning customer and highly recommend this establishment.
