Great Grinders! I've had some really good grinder sandwiches in the past, but this place is awesome! They have wonderful variety, some surprising selections, and their sandwiches are huge!
Go for the free brownie I go to this place for lunch sometimes when I don't want to go to my usual spots. The ambiance is just above that of a little hole in the wall. It's fast and nearby, that's mostly why I keep on coming back as the food is good, but nothing amazing. However, they do include a little brownie with your order, which always makes me smile.
Great sandwiches I stopped here with my daughter on one of our trips to San Diego and we were impressed with the size and freshness of these sandwiches. It's a cute, family-owned place and the people were really friendly.
They definitely have great grinders. These are real sandwiches, fresh, big and juicy with real BBQ sauce just like I like them! California Grinders is a small family business (http://www.californiag...) but their service is top notch and their food is just awesome. They know their business, and it's no surprise why this place is always busy and I see the same people coming back over and over!
