I had the misfortune of interacting with Vianey in person and on the phone. I called in advance letting them know that I was on my way, and that there was a little traffic. I arrived at 4:50PM. I then asked her where I can purchase 2 snake plants and be on my way. She then tells me to go through the front door, in which they already shut them. I came in today to get some plants, and while checking out I was helped by an amazing employee named Bruno. He was kind, helpful, and his attitude made me feel welcome and appreciated. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience that I wanted to share it. I would definitely come back again!
