Although the finished work was excellent, the remnants promised were not delivered even though requested before delivery as instructed. It is extremely valuable to have a professional representative actually visit and make recommendations to consider before the template process because the template person that was sent was not helpful which resulted in bad feelings that tainted the outcome.
