We rented a home from them in Tracy for 7 yrs. When we moved we started noticing things were taped or glued together to "fix" things. No big deal. They continued to raise the rent every year though never did any repairs or upgrades. We put our 30 days in and never received any confirmation or communication. We had to contact them. Then had to again because he never called is back like we were told he would. The walk through went fine and they agreed to return our full deposit.
