We rented a home from them in Tracy for 7 yrs. When we moved we started noticing things were taped or glued together to "fix" things. No big deal. They continued to raise the rent every year though never did any repairs or upgrades. We put our 30 days in and never received any confirmation or communication. We had to contact them.
