Recommended"Sam the Car Wash Man- if I can't do it, nobody can!" I pulled in with a Forester covered in grime acquired over several months, very dull and very hard to get off (drive through car washes couldn't make a dent in it!) Penny took on the task , and when she was done... it looked like a brand new shiny car. Sam and Penny were both warm and friendly, and the wait wasn't long. The car was clean but windows were horrible. I told guy were the windows wasn't clean at and did again and results were the same.
They are very nice and they do a very thorough job. Sam the car man is very kind and friendly. I will always take my car here!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Went in for a car wash and to get sap removed. I was told it would be $33 for the wash and $15 for the sap removal. When the employee called me over to let me know it was finished, I noticed that the sap was still there so I brought it to the attention of the manager. He used something that got it right off. He also said that the employee missquoted that price. What, did they think I was not going to notice it? Why didn't they do that in the first place? I always get a great car wash at California Gold hand Car Wash! Owner Sam is an expert at car washing. He works hard and oversees his employees work. I also had the headlight cleaning, and it was well worth it! I will definitely be back!
They are terrible scratch my new truck. Had some road tar/glue. I tried a bit to remove and I thought that I should take it to a professional. But the guy to a razor blade to my paint. I asked him if it was going to scratch it. He said you think I don't know what im doing. "Let's talk money" before I do any more we agreed on $75.00. He made me think that he knew what he did. But No way they dont know a damn thing they cant even clean a car window. Very upset😟
This worst experience ever. I paid $105 including tip for my car to be hand washed, vaccummed/ clean the inside, and also have the car waxed . They half assed the job period! Because I was already running behind schedule, I initially never noticed how bad it was. And my fault for not thoroughly checking.
