The worst experience of my life. PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I tried to cancel the appointment and get my information out of their system...and they were pressuring me on the phone to keep the appointment. The woman would not listen when I said nicely please cancel the appointment. I had to say it over 5 times...to cancel the appointment and she kept pressuring me to keep the appointment. We needed a repair for our garage door, unfortunately I backed into it. We called this company and they came out so quickly. Luke was amazing, helpful, communicative and so nice! Adam came out and did a WONDERFUL job with my garage door. He was patient and VERY kind, repeating things often as needed, without getting irritated with me. He was person able and professional...all appreciated! 5 stars for sure!
