Update: After I posted my original review, the technician, Jacob, reached out and asked for the opportunity to correct the installation. Although I was hesitant to have him return, my husband encouraged me to give him that chance. I’m glad I did. Jacob spent approximately two hours completely redoing the wiring. He removed the loose, hanging wires and rerouted and secured everything neatly along the walls and ceiling. This week we had a new garage door opener installed, and unfortunately the workmanship was extremely poor. The safety sensor wiring was left hanging loosely instead of being properly secured to the wall and ceiling. In several places, the wire was dangling away from the wall, and one section was stretched diagonally several inches below the ceiling.
