Had an awesome experience with California Garage Door Repair. The owner of the company, Benjamin, is amazing and very customer oriented. He did an amazing job assisting me in replacing my garage door spring and had a technician at our house in just a few short hours. The technician who fixed our door spring, Danny, was also an amazing guy. He was quick, friendly, and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company to anyone for garage door services!
I had two garage doors and openers installed about a year ago. The work was done to my satisfaction. My problem was that I had been told I would be given 4 remotes as this is a 4 unit building with 2 two-car garages. So I needed a remote for each tenant. I was given two new remotes and one used. On Super Bowl Sunday, our garage closed on a box which dislodged it from the tracks. We called California Garage Door repair and were happy to hear that they could come out almost immediately. Once the technician arrived I greeted him out in front of my house to an obvious garage door which was off the tracks - before inspecting and even before letting me explain what had happened, the technician told me what was "wrong". Mike was fantastic! He arrived within an hour of my call and provided multiple options for fixing my garage door. We decided to replace the spring, and he also replaced the garage door release lock, which had been painted over and lost its key. Additionally, he adjusted the door’s sensitivity to resolve an issue where it wouldn’t always close properly. Now, everything works perfectly!
