If i could less than one star I would. So one of my top brackets broke on my door so I Immediately went online to source the parts. Unfortunately, the parts( Wayne Dalton) are few and far which means a week or more before I could get the parts - not an option as I need to get the cars out. Now the brackets themselves are $12 each. So I call this company as they advertise as a Wayne Dalton supplier. I also make it clear that these are specific brackets and I even supply a part#.
