If i could less than one star I would. So one of my top brackets broke on my door so I Immediately went online to source the parts. Unfortunately, the parts( Wayne Dalton) are few and far which means a week or more before I could get the parts - not an option as I need to get the cars out. Now the brackets themselves are $12 each. So I call this company as they advertise as a Wayne Dalton supplier. I also make it clear that these are specific brackets and I even supply a part#. As soon as I realized my electric gate wasn’t responding to the remote I called this company. Mike was here within the hour. He looked it over then explained the problem along with showing the unit insides to me. He gave me fix options so I could decide which was best for me. They scheduled me for the next day. My home needed a new garage door, after being built in the 50s! The garage door was broken & we couldn't even lift it to get in! California Garage Door Repair was amazing! They responded to my call, Mike. and Manny were great! So professional. They measured, spoke to us about options & installed a beautiful lightweight garage door. I highly recommend them and their company!
The worst experience of my life. PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I tried to cancel the appointment and get my information out of their system...and they were pressuring me on the phone to keep the appointment. The woman would not listen when I said nicely please cancel the appointment. I had to say it over 5 times...to cancel the appointment and she kept pressuring me to keep the appointment.
