I had an issue with my spring, which was still under warranty. Jacob came out and took a look. He assessed and confirmed it could be covered under warranty, and replaced the spring. Jacob was great. Came within the time frame, replaced the part very quick, confirmed and double confirmed everything was working. Very happy with the service.
We used California garage door repair this evening to replace our motor. The tech that they sent his name is Jacob. He did absolutely incredible work. We like the price we like the work we like the effort and we would refer this company to all of our friends.
The best company I have ever did business with. By far. My rep. Jeremy was fantastic. From the first day I made contact with Jeremy to the day my new door was installed was 6 business days. Unbelievable customer service. The installer was awesome also. From start to finish it only took around two hrs. He swept out my garage floor also. I am so pleased with this company.
Luke was awesome! He fixed my Mom's garage after I flew out to help her recover from injury. He was personable, professional, detailed, and thorough. Luke is a genuinely good person!

It was true at the time, but boy have things changed! First of all, California Garage Door Repair is not who actually came and installed the door.
