The technician was excellent—extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He clearly explained what he was doing every step of the way, which made me feel confident in the process. Had an awesome experience with California Garage Door Repair. The owner of the company, Benjamin, is amazing and very customer oriented. He did an amazing job assisting me in replacing my garage door spring and had a technician at our house in just a few short hours. The technician who fixed our door spring, Danny, was also an amazing guy. He was quick, friendly, and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company to anyone for garage door services!
I had two garage doors and openers installed about a year ago. The work was done to my satisfaction. My problem was that I had been told I would be given 4 remotes as this is a 4 unit building with 2 two-car garages. So I needed a remote for each tenant. I was given two new remotes and one used. I was then told that the fourth remote would be dropped off the next day and could I please leave a review. I agreed. I am still waiting for what I was promised a year later. But here's your review. Luke was great! Great Customer Service. He was able to schedule us with the date that best worked for us. Very detailed, once the job was completed he explained how to use the device, download the app, etc. Definitely would recommend!!
