Amazing place, I really enjoyed the ice cream I customized. My girlfriend ordered a bowl that was really delicious. Great staff, super friendly. Will definitely go again.
My friends and I were trying to enjoy a little sweat treat on a hot summer day. My friend had gotten a little bit of froyo in his cup and then realized that it did not look good and came out looking not up to par. So he then threw it out and was walking away. As he was trying to leave the worker called him back pulled his ice cream out the trash and made him pay $9.97 for it. This is ABSURD. Staff was very disrespectful about it.
The other day I walked into the store after having a really rough day at work, and a young girl on the staff completely turned my day around. When I went up to order, she didn't just take my order and move on. She took the time to ask how I was doing and made genuine conversation with me, which meant a lot.
