THESE GUYS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE I ASKED THEM $200 MORE THEN POSTED RATE AND HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY DONT CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY THINK THEY ARE MAFIA
Very rude personnel. Also, Lisa introduced herself as the manager and was disgustingly rude. DO NOT USE them in any way because they will cancel your load!
booked a load withe them completed the rmis package while still talking to them on the phone 2 hrs later check back because i didnt get my rate con and i was told that an other carrier has covered
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Called and booked a load to day, got set up on RMIS just to be waiting for 40+ minutes to not receive a confirmation. Called to get someone to send it to me only to be told that it was covered by someone else and were hung up on. We were given zero notification until we had bugged them about receiving our confirmation. Very poor communication skills.
