Made an appointment as a new patient. They verified my insurance, which shows on the website that they are in my network. Then after arriving and presenting my insurance card, they informed me they do not take any insurance under covered California. This is after 2 phone calls with me, and them calling to verify my copayment. I wasted two weeks waiting for this appointment as well as had to miss the day of work. But they said sorry, so I guess it's fine. 🤷♂️🤷♂️

Dr Roth has been a great family doctor. He’s been amazing to our family and Nora in the office is the sweetest lady ever! Thanks for taking good care of us.
