My daughter was seen for her insoles at the rancho location. Not only did it take 4 months for her to get them but I had to keep calling in for an update and after they finally arrived I still wasn't accommodated quickly with an appt. She needs them to correct her flat feet and that issue got much worse during the months we waited. The day we picked them up a staff member spent less than 5 minutes with us, didn't even check if they fit correctly and rushed us out of the office. I will not be revisiting this place.
There was a wait BUT WORTH The wait. The Entire Staff Kind Pheasant and Caring. The Dr Caring Compassionate knowledgeable. I have a few medical conditions, Dr assessed took into account all and how they affect my feet and comfort. Ii am very pleased to have been acknowledged Understandstood. Looking forward for next visit
The office was clean and all personnel including the doctor were very friendly and efficient.
