Used the app for the promotion. Was ready to wait but my order was said "ready for pickup" so I went to pickup. No one greeted me. I tried to find my order at the pickup shelves but they were empty. My order was NOT ready. I had to approach and ask for help- no one offered or acknowledged me. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes after it was marked "ready for pickup. This location has gone down hill. Never had an issue until this new staff. Ordered at the kiosk to go. Waited a while and saw the bag with my name sitting on the back counter. Went and retrieved my order from the manager and left. Got home and found someone else's order labeled as my order. Didn't want to waste my gas or time driving back.
